You have a step box in your house and don’t know what to do with it. Get ready for some innovative training to utilize some of the fitness equipment right in your own home. Get good and comfortable with then take it to the gym and show off your skills:)

A step box is a great way to “step” your game up in the cardio world. It helps build endurance and targets those hard to reach areas in your glutes and quads

This is a full body workout so will get much more of the body but we going to target the big calorie burners, the butt and legs

This is going to be a high cardio workout that will last 10 minutes Get ready to train to maintain

Don’t mind the music, I’ll get better at it lol
